In this section, the attitude of the communist circles under the obvious situation, their adaptation to the given conditions, the observed types of illegal behaviour, the tactics of action, propaganda through lubricating, seismic and oral propaganda, should be explained. In particular, there is evidence of the influence of hostile broadcasting propaganda and, possibly, still existing illegal links.
