All opposition forces are to be combined into joint opposition work. I continuously reproduce the most important broadcasts of this kind, especially insofar as they contain instructions on sabotage, in part in the "messages of important state police events". I would ask that these reports be made accessible to all staff, since they contain valuable indications for combating anti-state activity and, according to experience, the oppositional elements in the absence of any other control in this field should be taken into account.
