The Head of Prague, May 16, 1940. of the Post Group With 5 attachments returned to the Secretary of State. With regard to their postal supply, the units of the Field Army in Bohemia and Moravia are subject to the regulations of the field postal order. This also includes those formations of the SS, which are assigned to field post numbers for the purpose of their postal supply due to the field=post order (see Appendix l). This applies to the 4th and 6th SS - Skull Stand Species, of which the former l2 field= post numbers, to the latter l4 field post number are assigned. The execution of the field postal order is a matter of = exclusive matter of the Wehrmacht (see Appendix 2). All questions concerning the implementation of the Field Postal Order must therefore be settled in consultation with the Wermacht. The competent authority in the Protectorate is the Weermacht authorised representative.
