Attachments: 2 copies. 15.1.IX. 1939 To the inspector of SS-VAT, B_e r l i n - Wilmersdorf, Kaiserallee Nr. 188. The Wehrmacht submitted an application under the 14.09.1939 resulting from the attached installations. I have informed myself that - what I have done in the meantime n the RFsS has turned to this decision. With regard to the new situation, I repeat my request to clarify the ownership relationships in the fastest way and at the same time to ensure that not only the administration but also the property of the barracks is transferred to the SS-yr.
