8V1 Absch ri f t. Visit of the ear clinic and Czech children's clinic concerning the extension of the hospital in Prague and the establishment of a midwife's school. 1.) Under the direction of Secretary of State K.H.Frank, Ballauff and Sturmbannführer Dr. Eckardt, chief physician of the Hospital in Prague, together with Dr. Plato clarify the question whether the midwife's school can also be accommodated in another building with a view to the needs of the li hospital in Prague - information Dr. Plato: The midwifery school can also be accommodated on half the first and whole second floor of the wing of the Findelanstalt upper half of the German Children's Hospital.These buildings were formerly used by the German University and are now occupied by parts of the Czech children's hospital (about since l9l8). It was found that this clinic is not overcrowded, but that in some parts even healthy women and children are accommodated, who could not find any other accommodation (single mothers).It is quite possible that the sick from the department to be cleared can be admitted to the other wards of the Czech Children's Hospital. The lay of this spatiality is good, as it is in the immediate vicinity, only separated by a street, from the German Geburts- 2.)
