Site elders shall be entitled to prohibit all members of the Wehrmacht from visiting certain innkeepers and commercial establishments, as well as public or non-public events within the district, if necessary for reasons of man-breeding. 30.) The prohibition of a restaurant, business or event must always be communicated to the local police and the owner or organiser of dureh. The owner of the restaurant must be informed that his restaurant is monitored by road stripes of the Wehrmacht regarding the prohibition. How widely prohibited hospitality establishments are marked in locations with heavy tourist traffic, decides and arranges, where appropriate, the site elders in consultation with the local police and the local competent representative of the hospitality industry. 3l.) Such a prohibition is generally to be adopted only if other means of maintaining man-breeding - warnings, etc. - are not applicable or have been fruitless after the situation of the case. 32.) The duration of a prohibition requires examination from time to time. 33.) In the event of the temporary presence of troops or Schåffen in places which are not locations of the Wehrmacht, the service officer shall be entitled, as o r t s k o m m a n d a n t, to prohibit certain restaurants, commercial establishments or events in compliance with No 30, if the conditions laid down in No 29 are met. The prohibitions shall be notified to the relevant Military (Marine Station) Command or Luftgau Command (if units of the Air Force are alone) and to ships of the superior Service (Flotte or Station Command), which shall provide mutual instruction on the prohibitions notified to them. 34.) If a ban is required outside a siting district, the site elder of the nearest location shall apply for such a ban to the Wehrkreis or Marinestation Command or to the Luftwaffe Command in questions concerning the air force (cf. No. (l2) 35.) For the gente Wehrmacht important prohibitions must be notified to the High Command of the Wehrmascht, so that they can be brought to general knowledge. F. •p R.
