The St.O.A.d.SS-V.T. asks the Wehrmacht commander to attach a shield and to include the local in the list of prohibitions. Until now this regulation was sufficient and the Wehrnacht command has in any case allowed the application of the SS-V.T.. Furthermore, since the conclusion of the agreement, an exchange of the site experiences between the Wermacht commandantry of Prague and the commandantship of the S.V. T. takes place.
