The worker Josef Wagner was today at 13.5o clock in drunken condition on the place in front of the location commando Prague, as he was led away by a uniformed Czech police guard. Wagner wore the attached Hakeßreuz and Skull Needle. He was so drunk that he must have fallen before; because the left side of his face was completely covered with street dirt. To prevent any abuse, Wagner was removed from the attached papers. Wagner damaged the reputation of Germanism. Appropriate measures to bring him to account appear indicated. 4/f Heil Hitler!
