56 Prague, 4 January 1940. With 8 annexes sent to Mr. Ministerial Council B e r t s c h on the instructions of Mr. Secretary of State. S c h t z e, Prague, claims that it would not be released for sale by the National Bank of the goods which it bought in England and which were also delivered. From the closed-up bottom it follows which goods are eligible. The Secretary of State has asked you to examine the case and then report to him on the outcome. 1020
