In Troppau, G. got to know the current Oberlandrat M o l s e n, Olmütz, who called him in l939 to the Oberland Ratsamt Olmetz. During his work in Olmutz G. was noticed by his exceedingly great ambition. He did not shy away from any means to put himself in a good light with his superior. In spite of its great ambition, it has not been possible to establish an excessive degree of diligence with G. so far.
