RVE DUCDE Information 1D RULOTEN SSEA 1od N0CU MH S U nodbadn nE ar,rodo DLONS WOE about the CNsr - Vlajka / Czech National Socialist Camp - Vlajka / in Protectorate Bohemia and Moravia. The Vlayka was founded 7 March 1929. Vlaja was always a movement never a party! In the autumn of 1938 we were invited to join one of the two parties of unity after which we rejected it, the Béran Party /Agrarian/ negotiated with us and we were offered money, first 5 later 20 million, after which also we rejected this, we were dissolved by the then Beran government, the newspapers banned, the secretiate closed and in February of 1939 to arrest various members and officials. The 15th of March brought the members the release, but not otherwise. Later in 1939, when President Dr. Hacha founded the only Ns/National Community party, we refused to participate in it, after a few consultations with Dr.Hacha and Dr. Havelka, we sent observers to the Central Committee of the Ns 3. Our members did not enter the NS, so that as National Socialists we were the only Czechs who did not go into the NZ and did not take part in the work.We stayed as the National Socialist movement the only Chechens away. Our skepticism was then fully confirmed later and we withdrew our 3 observers from the Central Committee of the NS in August 1939 and banned our members from participating in the activities or work of the nS. Just as the new Czech Protectorate government, with which General Elias was appointed Prime Minister, we openly opposed each other and first made a move towards the reappearance of the Vlajka newspaper, then the Vlajka daily will appear again for the first time on 21 June 1939. In the newspaper then we fought the NS as well as the government, the same also happened in the public meetings we organized. In such a meeting our head of the Kam.J.Rozsevac - Rys attacked the government members, the present police commissioner made a complaint and the director ran a lawsuit against Rys for insult. Although Rys freely proved his right to escape to England by the time the government co-opted Dr. Feierabend un Necas, the court argued that the official court was not aware of anything and sentenced Rys to 5 days. The appeal court rejected the appeal, lifted the sentence and sentenced Rys to 14 days, which then served Rys from 20Oct. to 4 Nov.1940
