Prague, 28 October 1939. 1./ Note. On 28 October, 1939, at around 15.05 a.m., the service car of the Secretary of State - Sign of the Declaration Pol. 28 - drove towards the trench in slow motion, Ale the car reached the police cordon which pushed back the crowd; a passer-by who stood directly on the car of Mr. Secretary of the State spewed out in front of them demonstratively in view of the crowd. I seized the passerby and transferred him to the Czech executive. Meanwhile, the passee had been delivered to the relevant police station. At the order of the Secretary of State, I took the passporter from the police station and handed him over to the secret state police (sé Sturmbannführer Geschke). Oum irthy cnie M t An 2 8.
