69 Prague, 1 August 1940. 1.) K.H. with 1 issue Mr. Nü ss l l e i n with reference to the letter of 26.3.1940 - sign XVI E I 54/40 g. The Secretary of State has not decided to object to the judgment of the Protectorate Court given in the present case. Nor has the protective detention imposed on Hájek been extended. The secret state police took the view that a sufficient justification for maintaining the protective detention cannot be given. Thus, the matter in question can be regarded as being settled. 2.)
