In particular, all the services of the party, its divisions and associations which have been established have to exert any influence on the dejudication of the economy, the organization of the social relations = members of the Protectorate.The farteidienats also have to maintain absolute neutrality vis-à-vis the Czech-fascist associations; any fraternization=actions are prohibited by the same understanding. In addition to the authorities of the State, the departments of the municipal self-government, the commercial administration and all similar institutions are to be included in the autonomous administration. 2.)Consequences to the clear authorities (district commissioners, Oberlandrats): The party departments must contain any direct influence on the deutsoh authorities subordinate to the Reichaprötektor (directive committers, Oberlandsrats).Instructions given by the party departments are given to the German Oberland Council on fundamental questions on the service to the Gauleiter.
