The processing of all popular problems and the questions of foreign‐völkic minorities, the necessary separation of foreign ethnicity. The commissioner of the Reichsführer # as Reichskommissar for the consolidation of German ethnicity uses organizations and associations to carry out his duties of the N.S.D.A.P., the authority of the Imperial Protector and its subdivisions and other services. Outside his field of work, he confronts departments or associations and the Czechs as Reichsprotektor in the form of four senior group leaders and general of the police.
