Subject: Statements by Minister B i n er t on the meeting of the Protectorate Government with the President of the Government on 7.9.44. According to Krejêi's remarks, the Minister of State had been very excited and had reprimanded that the Czechs have recently walked around with "uplifted heads" and have drawn unfavorable conclusions from the present military situation for the Reich. On this occasion, the State Minister had also pointed out sabotage acts carried out in Bohemia and Moravia to an increasing extent. On these statements by the Minister of State, Minister Bienert noted that the government had made a rather downbeat impression after his observations. It had predominated the feeling that it was b.w.
