The event was musically framed by a chapel of the Uniform Protectorate Police. The Oberlandrat addressed short greetings to Bienert, as did ux in the name of the city of Pilsen Mayor Dr. Sturm, the head of the government. While the first two speakers spoke to Bienert in German, the mayor of Rokitzan welcomed him on behalf of the Czechs present, with an estimated 1 400 mayors, government commissioners, etc. Bienert thanked him briefly for the reception and then read his speech, regrettably again quietly, so that many of the participants could only follow his remarks with the greatest difficulty, partly they did not understand at all. The powerless and monotonous nature of the lecture was then 26.4 also variously subjected to a criticism.
