Ne.: 3299 In the following I am sending a note concerning the equipment of the office of the State Secretary: The matter was raised on 6 June 1940 together with Dr. Dr. Reinhold of the group Teaching and Cult and Superior Councillor Gies was discussed.It was agreed: l.) A sample of an image should be hung over the two wallpaper doors to determine whether this place is at all eligible for the installation of a picture (the survey of the sample Dr. Reinhold is about to be carried out). 2.) It is to be discussed by Dr. Reinhold on his next trip to Berlin will be trying to win an official in the administration of the state palaces and gardens a) who comes here, and the office of the Secretary of State looks at his facilities and b) checks whether older, tasteful pieces of furniture suitable for the office are in the possession of the Prussian administration of castles and gardens. d 3.)
