3/9 - 2 2. They do not want any teřitorial changes that are not in line with the freely expressed wishes of the concerned peoples. 3. They respect the right of all peoples to choose the form of government under which they wish to live; and they desire the restoration of the rights of sovereignty and self-government of those peoples who have been deprived of the power of these rights. 4. In keeping with their existing obligations, they will endeavour to promote the participation of all countries, large and small, victors and vanquished, at the same conditions, in the trade and raw materials of the world they need for their welfare. They wish to achieve the fullest possible cooperation between States in the economic field in order to ensure improved working conditions, economic progress and social security for all. 6 After the final annihilation of Nazi tyranny, they hope to see a peace restored that will give all nations the means to live within their own borders in security, and to give security to all people in all countries, to lead their own lives without purchte and adversity. 7. Such peace should allow all people to pass through the high seas and the oceans unhindered. 8. They believe that all peoples of the earth, both for real and spiritual reasons, should agree to renounce the use of force. Now that no future peace can be preserved if arms are used on land, on water or in the air further by nations which could threaten or threaten the nations living outside their borders, they believe that, until the establishment of a permanent and expanded system of general security, the disarmament of these nations is an essential necessity. At the same time, they will promote and support all other possible measures which will reduce the burden of armaments on the environment.
