From the advances of the accounting year l939, the Oberkaşse paid the Secretary of State for petitic purposes from the amount made available to the Reiehsprotector for the purposes of the payment of RM 2o.oee = 19.4l4.28 RM . This sum was reimbursed to the Oberkasse from the funds available to Mr Reichspretekter for personal purposes. On 8 June 1994 the Minister of State referred further questions to the Court of Justice of the European Communities and, after notification by the Oberkasse, in the Menaten of April and May 194e, 4,327.4e RM from the losses still outstanding. After these payments are no longer made by the Oberkasse, but by means of the funds paid in to the client of the Secretary of State, it may be requested to cover the advance at the OberKasse ven 4.327,4e RM .
