2 Division III Prague, 3l July 1944 III/1 - R 5007. Min. to the Eing.: - 1, AUIG. 1944 Chief of the Ministry in the H a u s e Betr.: Reinhard Heydrich Foundation, clearance of the building Brücken-gasse 15. Letter of 3 July 1944, St.M. IV R -2o g/43. I have now succeeded in finding a solution to the question of space at the Reinhard Heydrich Foundation, so that the Foundation can dispose of the Prague III property, Brückengasse 15, on 1 September of the year, provided that the ministerial councillor Dr. F i s c h he assigns 5 rooms to the Foundation on the 1st floor of the Nostiz Palace on Maltese Square. Two months ago, I offered these rooms to the Space Management Commission for the accommodation of other departments. Their use has not yet been made. I have asked Ministerial Councillor F i s c h e r to assign the rooms on the 1st floor of the Nostiz Palace of the Reinhard Heydrich Foundation. Apart from a few business premises of the Reinhard Heydrich Foundation and the Special Representative for Slavic Scientific Institutions, the open spaces in Brückengasse accommodate the institutes of Professor B e y e r and Professor W i n t e r. These are each combined institutes of the German Karls University and the Reinhard Heidrich Foundation. The local audit has shown that the premises of the Foundation and the Special Representative and an Institute can still be accommodated in the building of the French Embassy at the Großprioratsplatz, whereas the Foundation for the 2nd Institute lacks the place. The French embassy building at Großpriorats-Platz is fully occupied after additional admission of the business premises from Brücken-gasse and the one institute.
