OV Mein L e b e n s la u f I was born on 13 January l9l7 in Bistritz ob Pern- stein Kreis Neustadt in Moravia. I attended 5 classes of the Volksschule. Then my parents moved to Arad in Romania where I attended 2 classes of Romanian grammar school. After two years we moved back to Moravia, where I took the last class of the Bürgerschule u. In the year l936 I was transferred to Kaschau, where I ran a branch of the company. In l939 I married. In the years l931 I attended two classes of the technical school /in Zlin/. In the year l940 we transferred to the Protectorate, and in Neuhaus we bought a paper shop - My language skills: German, Czech, Slo-Wakish; partly Romanian and Hungarian.
