V U r k u n d e of the "Johann Gutenberg Foundation" establishes the Johann Gutenberg Foundation in Prague and sets out the following for the constitution and purpose of the Foundation: § 1 The Foundation bears the name "Johann Gutenberg Foundation". It is based in Prague. §2 The purpose of the foundation is the pandering of printing and publishing in Bohemia and Moravia and beyond and its management in a non-profit sense. §3 The Foundation's assets consist of: (a) the amount of RM 5 000,--- Stamm- vermögen; (b) money and other assets transferred to the Foundation by the Donor or others after its establishment. §4 The Foundation is represented by the Executive Board. He is responsible for the safe investment of the Foundation's assets and its intended use. He is assisted by a board of trustees to advise the Board of Directors. The accounting period is the calendar year. At the end of each accounting period, the Board is to report on its activities to the Board. § 5 The Executive Board of the Foundation consists of five members who are appointed by the founder. If a member of the Executive Board leaves office or dies, it will be replaced by election by the Executive Committee.
