CVUSY The Secretary of State wants to acquire the engravings mentioned in paragraphs 1 to 3 of the letter there, but can only insert the engraving in his Sanmiung without frame. I would therefore ask you to agree that the engravings will be removed without any frame and to continue to correct the prices accordingly. As regards the engraving mentioned in paragraph 4 of the letter, it will be determined whether the Secretary of State does not already have the engraving in his collection.
