Secret. gV General abstract Radio Prague, 13 December 1944 Nx. IV/4-n41-7891448 inlstorarst 14. DEZ 1044 To the head of the Department of Cultural Policy SS-Sturmbannführer W o 1 f 11l with the request for submission to the Obergruppenfänger lot fufurprng au Betr.: Relocation of the Reichsssender Vienna to Brünn Vorg.: ohne Bei Ausserbetriebsetzung des Reichsstations Wien durch Peindmassnahmen ist ein Ausseiligung des Senders auf Gleiwitz, Brünn und Graz. The consultation of the south-eastern editorial office of the German European radio stations in Vienna, consisting mainly of foreigners, goes to Gleiwitz and discusses from there the channel Danube located near Brno. This measure was taken in order to avoid the residence of foreigners in Brno for this purpose. Another part of the occupation of the Reichsssender Wien is relocated to Graz in order to continue operating the station Alpen. A group of 25 men - only Germans - is supposed to transfer to Brno to continue to operate the station Vienna with the help of the station Donau after the failure of the Funkhaus Wien, the planned replacement stations in Vienna and the Strehlunganlagen near Vienna. This group of 25 men is the minimum size of which is necessary for the continuation of the program operation. Nevertheless, the accommodation of this group is likely to cause difficulties, especially taking into account further air raids on Brno, even in the case of accommodation in dense occupation. $\v9-47/44q
