4-14a 24 Measures concerning the organization of churches have appointed German general vicars for the administration of their shares located in the Sudeten German territories, which have their seats in the sudetenGerman territory and are endowed with corresponding powers. This form of regulation has been tacitly taken note of by the German Reich government. The German portion of the diocese of Budweis was administratively divided between the neighbouring German dioceses, i.e. the diocesan dioceses of Regensburg, Passau, Linz and St. Pölten, with the consent of the Reichs government, on 1 December 1939. The Reichsgau is therefore divided into the following Catholic dioceses: 1. the German portion of the Diocese of Leitmerits with the Sits of the Bishop in Leitmarity; 2. the southern German share of the Archdiocese of Prague (to be distinguished from the Old Kingdom share of this diocese) with the sit of the General Vicar in Slagenwerth; 3. the southern German share of the Archdiocese of Olmüty, co-managed by the former Vicar General of the Old Kingdom share of this Archdioce in Branits (O.-S.); 4. the German share in the diocese of Königgräts with the Sit des Generalvikar in Trautenau; 5. the portion of the diocese of Budweis located in the Sudetenland (not the whole German) which is provisionally administered by the Bishop of Regensburg; 6. the southern German share of the Archdiocese of Wroclaw, which, as it has been until now, is managed by the Vicar General of this Archdiocee. In addition to the Catholic Church, the German evangelic church in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia, whose long-term church president is based in Gablonz an der Neisse, was considered, and which is divided into 6 church circles with a total of 60 church congregations. This Evangelische Landeskirche was incorporated into the German Evangelical Church by decree of the head of the German Protestant Church pulpit in Berlin of 20 August 1940, when the German evangelical church in the Sudetengau and in Bohemia and Moravia was incorporated in the German protestant Reichskirche, which was possible insofar as it had from the outset only German church members. In the same way as in the Ostmarkgauen, the question of tax was settled. By the decree on the collection of church contributions in the Reichsgau Sudetenland of 2 May 1939 (Vol. f. d. Reichs Gau Sudettenland, p. 1) and the implementing decree of 17 August 1939 (VoBl, f. D. Reichengau SuDetenland, pp. In addition to implementing provisions, the Roman Catholic, the German Evangelical and the Old Catholic Church in the Sudetengau were now authorized to make church contributions from their members of the age of 18. At the same time, all the liabilities of the state, the state-owned funds, the municipalities and their associations, as well as the public patronage towards the churches were abolished.
