4g0 The origin of the Sudetenland of the SDP., Konrad Henlein, was ordered even before these territories were expressly declared part of the German Reich by the constitution on the reunification of 21.11.1938 (RGBL. I 1641). Also before the constitution about the reunification was by the 1st VO. to the decree of the Führer and Chancellor of the Reich concerning the administration of the Sudeten-German territories of 8 October 1938 (RGBl. I 1345) the scope of the proclamation sheets of the Empire was extended to Sudete-German areas and ordered that Reichsgesete, which according to the 10th century, had been founded in the German Empire. In 1938, the Sudeten-German territories are declared to be valid, unless their entry into force is expressly reserved for these territories. Altspitenberg (Court district Kal-sching), Ogfolderhaid, Pernek, Parkfried and Neuofen (Chairman district Oberplan) including; - to the Land of Bavaria and the Government district Oberpfalz: the areas north of the community just mentioned up to the municipalities Grafenried, Mauthaus without part of the municipality Gib- acht (Ceil district Ronsperg), Possigkau, Klentsch and Chodenschloß. From the great bulk of the empire,
