The Secretary of State brings for the award of the Second Class Cross of War without swords principal author Dr. Rudolf Fischer, born 10.6.1900 in Antoniwald, residing in Prague XII, Schwerinstrasse 3, in proposal. The proposal is based on the merits of Dr. Fischer, principal editor, for the war effort of the Volk und Reich Verlags Prag in the journalistic work. Jch, please, add Dr. Fisher to the list and immediately send the documents to the Secretary of State for delivery of the decoration after the Second Class Cross of War was awarded. 5. 2) Wv. 29.4.1942 to the Signatory.
