However, I am not in a position to judge from here what kind of organization would be suitable for the occupied eastern territories. A comparison with the protectorate is not possible given the specificity of the local circumstances. The Protectorate is not an occupied territory, but a part of the Great German Empire; its incorporation has been carried out in a peaceful way. This peaceful division corresponds to the autonomy granted by the leader, which has an effect on the cultural territory. Within the framework of autonomy, the Protectorate has been granted its own cultural official organization with a Ministry of People's Enlightenment at the head.
