As you informed Attorney General Dr. Nüßlein yesterday, the chancellery of the President once again asked for a postponement of the execution of Mejstřik und Grégri for 4 months. Dr. Nüßlein has today stated by telephonic inquiry in the Reichsjustizministerium that, in agreement with the Reich Protector, Reichsminister Thierack had already refused to grant a grace and issued an order for enforcement on 9 February 1943.
