- 2 - The Weisinger's assertion that almost everyone who has only arrived and in particular every former officer passed the exam is therefore incorrect. Personal relations between candidates and examiners who would have favoured candidates, for example because members of the examiner were in the concentration camp, could not be established in any way. It is pointed out in the reports of the national authority that the members of the examination commissions are completely unknown to the personal relations of the examiners. In the years 1939 to 1942, only a single carpenter (Josef Havlik from Budweis) was admitted to the master builder's examination. This did not pass the 35237, examination. In Brno, no master carpenter has registered for the master builder's examination in the last 4 years. Thus, no carpenter can have paid for the Master builder title 10.000.- K. Finally, it could not be proved in any case that the candidates were recommended to pass the examination as soon as possible, because later the examinations had to be taken in the German language. As a result, it is not necessary to revise the tests carried out during the war. However, it has been suggested that the examination commissions be reassembled. In agreement with the Central Association of Craftsmen, the Landesverband der Baumeistergenossenschaften has already submitted the relevant applications to the regional authorities in Prague and Brno.
