36 Hermann M ü n z b e r g e r Aussig, Adolf-Hitler-Str.33 CV. I am born on October 8th l89l in Klein-Eicha near Böhm.Leipa attended the Volks- und Bürgerschule in Böhm, Germany. In the year l9lo I joined the then Austrian, later Czechoslovak state railway and worked there from the worker to the station master until my career in the railway service was put to an end by my early retirement for political reasons. (3l.XIl.l925) I report on my political activity in a coherent manner below. During the time of my railway service I worked in all subjects of commercial service. (as cashier, accountant, calculant, etc.) I participated in the war as a telegraphist at the army railway in Poland. After my dismissal from the railway, I worked as a representative of the Insurance-A-G- "Victoria zu Berlin." In the year l930, after twenty years of honorary employment, I was appointed by the "German National Socialist Workers' Party" as full-time district leader to Bodenbach and transferred to me the supervision of the second largest Sudanese German constituency (Kreis V, Böhm.Leipa). I worked on this post until the dissolution of the D.N.S.A.P. (1933) After the dissolution, I again worked as a representative of various companies and was finally transferred to the Sudeten German Party as district manager in Tetschen.. I worked at this post until April I937 and was then appointed to the Labour Office of the SdP in Prague, where I worked in the Main Office for Self-Government as Head of Education and the Department of Community Welfare. After joining the Sudeten German territories, I was appointed by the party to Reichenberg on October 17th, l938, and initially worked on the establishment of the Reichskommissariate. My political and environmental activities already begin with my entry into the gymnastics club and the "German Young Team Movement" after leaving school. I worked with the establishment of the Reichsverband deutscher Arbeiterjugend and was elected in the year l9l2 as a member of the imperial leadership of this association. The outbreak of war put a provisional end to the political activity. After the end of the war I went to Warnsdorf via request of Pg.Kreb to build the D.N.S.A.P. in northern Bohemia. I founded there in the period from l9l9 - l930 next to my work at the railway, to the 50 local groups of the party. From l92l - l924 I headed the weekly newspaper "North Bohemian Guard! In the meantime I had been elected as a municipal representative and later as a district representative of the D.N.S.A.P. in Warnsdorf. In the parliamentary elections of 1925 and 1 929, I was third candidate on the list of D.N.S.A.P. in the constituency of Böhm.Leipa. I was a member of the press for the whole time and was variously head of speaking schools and community policy courses.
