58 4-Gruf. 9 March 1943. St.s.102/90/43 g.Rs. Geheime Reicsface 36 1.) To the 10. II1. 1943 Reichsführer and Chief of the German Police, Berlin. ReichsFührer ! In accordance with the agreement, I started with the political-propagandist analysis of the Beneš letter by I, as I already reported, in the Czech Grand Rally of the Protectorate government on 26.2.d.Js. in the presence of President Dr. Hácha, who had used the letters for the Czech domestic and foreign sectors in a particularly effective way. Success and echo were very important! In the case of a large part of the Czech population in the Protectorate there is a deep reflection and a fierce discussion about the value of the Czechoslovakian foreign government is still going on today. It is now in my opinion necessary that the thread be spun away and that the still abundant material in the Beneš letter be used propagandistically as soon as possible. I would like to send you a photocopy of the unabridged Beneš letter, together with a German translation, and b) a photo copy of an extract from the letter, along with the German translation.
