I do not deny the difficulties which conflict with the successful and sweeping struggles of these forces, which I have combined with the word 'sloaning'. However, I am also convinced that the prevailing maladministration can be brought to a minimum if all the parties involved are aware of the extent of the dangers facing the Czech people. With this in mind, I will once again personally make you responsible for an immediate and thorough remedy in your own interest and trust that, in agreement and in cooperation with my gentlemen who would like to help you and everywhere, you will find the appropriate ways of doing so.
