- 4 - Exports are the basis for satisfying the needs of the whole, which can be adequately covered by imports of foreign products. The care of exports, the embarrassing consideration of the needs of our foreign customers, the quality and delivery time exemplary fulfilment of the wishes of our customers, are the top priority for today and the future. And this is also the requirement of the Prague Fair, whose importance for trade relations with South-East Europe will grow in future. The Western economist of the economy of the former Czechoslovak Republic was purely political and was not based on natural conditions. It was, like the politics of the broken state, wrong! In contrast, the trade relations of the Protectorate with the South-East lie in the direction of a complementary exchange of goods and thus in the interest of a healthy and natural development of the participating economies.
