The Commander of the Order Police of Prague, 10 June 1942 at the Imperial Protector in Bohemia and Moravia - Az. = Gd - A 1 - Betr.: Organisation of the gendarmerie of the individual service in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Mähren. Reference: BdO. – Az. -Gd- A 1 from 23.9.1941. The organization of the Gendarmary of the single service in Czech and Moravian Protectorate will be in the Service Inte- ries with effect from 15.6.1942. The head of the Gd. department is at the same time the commander of the gendarmerie in the entire Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. He is responsible for all the tasks that lie in the round releases concerning the organization of the Gendarmery of the individual service of 26.7.1939 and 13.11.1939 ( MBliV. pp. 1575 and 2340 ) and in the PDV. 27/II - Rules of service for the gendarmerie. It gives the service name: (a) for general correspondence: The commander of the order police at the Reichsprotector in Bohemia and Moravia - Abbot Gd. - (b) for the Gendarmiere service path: The commanding officer of the gen Darmerie at the commander of order police in Prague. Point 2) of the reference decree is replaced by the following: A gendarmerie officer (major of the gendarme) shall be assigned to the staff of the police-regimes of Bohemia and Moravia as material officer for matters affecting the uniformed protectorate police. The gend. officers at the police regiments carry out all tasks which were previously entrusted to the commanders of the gendarmerie at the Pol. regiment in accordance with the decree Bd0. - Pr. 1000 - of 12 February 1942, concerning instructions for the implementation of the supervision of the uniformed police executives of Czech and Moravian protectorates. They are directly under the responsibility of the responsible regiment commander.
