Reference: Ordinance of the Reich Protector in Böhmen and Moravia dated 23.5.1942 (Verordnungsblatt des Reichspretektors Nr.18/1942. With reference to the above-mentioned regulation, the following amendments shall be made to the former structure of the German gend. departments in the Protectorate with effect from 15.6.1942: 1.) The German Gend. commands shall remain with the Oberlandrats in their places of employment and shall be assigned to the executive heads of the district to provide services. Except for this, the German Gend.-Kommando Mähr,-Ostrau, which is transferred to the managing Bez.-Hauptmann in Friedberg, because the managing bez. captain has his place of service in Moravia, but in Friedburg. 2.) The service district of the German gend. command applies. in the future the service area of the managing member-chief. 3.) The external offices of the Gend.-Kdos., which are no longer in their former areas after the new division, are subordinated to the now responsible Gend-Kmando: 4.) The following external offices are relocated: a) Horschowitz - so far Dt.-Gend.- Kdo. Pilsen - to Beraun, Dt, Gend,-Kdo. Kladno. b) Vodnian branch - so far Dt. Gend.-Kdo. Budweis. - after Schüttenhofen, Dt Gend.- Kdo. Klattau. c) German-Brod branch - until now Dt:Gend. - Kdo Kolin - after Gumpolds, DT. Gond.-Cdo. Tabor. 5.) New construction: a) German Gend, Friedberg- former Moravian-Ostrau - in Friedberg. b). Mähr.-Ostrou branch with its office in Moravia-Ostreau. The forces for the services referred to in paragraphs 5(a) and (b) shall be taken from the former German Gend.-Command of Moravia-Ostrava.
