The magazine was produced in the basements of the Institute for Social and Economic Planning, which is a successor institution of the former Czech Army military science institute. The institute was currently under the management of former Major B r y m and was under the supervision of the Ministry of Education. There is a probability that the Institute will be the illegal continuation of the Military Science Institute. The magazine was printed in an edition of about 1 800 copies, some of which also have more copies. 3 copies were available for printing, which could be guaranteed. In addition, extensive quantities of paper, ink, matrizzes, etc. were ensured.The printing was provided by the binder Franz J a n i k, who had also set up a small bookbinder workshop with machines from the former Czech National Defence Ministry for camouflage in the basement rooms.
