In the case of appointment of a head of staff at the Škoda plants in Pilsen, on the instructions of the Secretary of State, an order has now been made to the Minister's Councillor Dr. Bertsch of the contents made out that a head of personnel of German nationality had to be hired at the works and that a proposal for the presentation to the Reichsprotektor was to be drawn up for the Secretary of State. Therefore, the submission of this proposal should be awaited.
