To the Higher μ- and Police Chief State Secretary 4-Group Leader K.H.Frank P r ag IV-, Czernin-Palais. 4-Sturmbannführer Barthelmes has reported: "It is the house in Prague: Jan v.Werth-Straße_10, in Brno the house: Lehmstätte 104. Both houses were confiscated on 26 May 1939 by the Stapoleitstelle Prag or Brunn and made available to the NSDAP for the benefit of the "i-Mannschaftshäuser".The two houses have thus become the property of the Reich. -Stubaf.Barthelmes was sent on behalf of the -Brigadeführer Frank (i-Wirtschafts-Verwaltungshauptamt) to Prague to arrange for the sale of these two houses by the wealth office at the Reichsprotektor (Government Councillor Dr. Löwenstein) to the NsDAP in favour of the "i-Mannschaftshäuser", or to bring this process forward in itself. 8 -Stubaf.Barthelmes asked Dr.Löwenstein, on his present visit to Reg. Rat, to arrange the rewriting.Reg. Rat Dr. Löwenstein promised to send estimation commissions on the two projects immediately. μ-Stubaf.Barthelmes asks the Secretary of State to ensure that he initiates the sale of the houses from the state to the NSDAP in favour of the "i-manschaftshäuser" (i-mannage houses) to the Reichsprotektor or the government councillor Dr.Löwenstein as soon as possible.'
