On 28.3.41 at 20.3c o'clock a camaraderie evening with ladies takes place in the Führerheim of the j-Standortkommandantur. This first comradeship abeni has the purpose of bringing the leaders of the weapons/and general ncbst in service to each other. I intend to organise such camaraderie evenings once a month in informal form. For this reason, the request is made in the commander's order. Means for such events are available to the commander only to a limited extent. I therefore ask to pay the drinks and food taken immediately.
