- 17 - Discipline and subjection to the common interests, these are generally the guidelines which we will follow in the course of youth education. In Germany, any area of human creation is well thought out and appropriately worked out for the greatest possible benefit for the whole. Turistics, art, purely technical institutions, such as public communications, regulations not only of river flows, also of gent cities, the science itself, indeed actually all human activity and creation is in the realm thought out and orga- nized in its existence. We will not only present systematic reports on all this to the Czech public, but, within the scope of our possibilities, we will promote and introduce these new forms. With advice and action, we will help all people of good will so that our people can also acquire these most modern, universally proven achievements of the great German people and benefit from them for the benefit of the entire empire. In order to cope with all these tasks, our association establishes district groups and thus emerged as the largest and most important also the district Groß-Prag. I have worked out in my capacity as district leader the corresponding draft of an organizational statute, which allows my employees to engage in the work process. The work is divided into a number of departments; besides the presidential and administrative department, I call the Office of Initiatives, for general propaganda, for special propaganda i.e. for the promotion of certain ideas in certain classes of people or professions, the general group for events of men, the like of women, the Office for Culture, Knowledge and Art, the Executive Department and other departments to be set up.
