Recently, complaints have repeatedly been received that the Czech population has grossly offended the inhabitants of German ethnicity, and that violence has also caused them to be indebted. It is self-evident that such pitiful incidents, which the governments of the Protectorate are trying to exploit after the peaceful lives of both peoples, cannot be tolerated at all. Against similar manifestations, the authorities must intervene with the greatest possible energy, not only repressive, but also preventively, so that they cannot happen at all.
