The National Council is to be composed of the following persons: Benes, Vojta Beneš, Masaryk, Osusky, Pergler, Sablath and Šramek. SS-Brigadeführer Frank has decreed that all Czechs working in the National Council are found, then officially declared traitors and expropriated including the next relatives.
