T a g e s b e r i c h t No. 126. 132 (Strictly confidential, only for the personal use of the recipient.) I. General situation and mood. In the Czech propaganda for the 28th of October - apart from minor differences - there are now two main directions: The one holds to the slogan that the 28.1o. is to be celebrated as a day of mourning and with mourning clothing, while the other direction describes the 28.1o. as a happy day and calls for a corresponding festive presentation. In particular, it should be stressed that the Czechs in Prague are asked to be on the upper Wenceslas Square on 28.1o. 18 o'clock and to stand there for 2 minutes in full rest. Occasionally, this traffic silence is also proclaimed in general (without indication of the location), e.g. in Brno. In numerous places, demonstrations are promoted to warrior thinkers, masary monuments or to recently worn monuments (e.g., legionary monument in M.-Ostrava). Placewise, also for the 27.1o. In the evening demonstrations announced, such as in Budweis, Olomouc and in some Prague suburbs, are also asked in detail not to smoke on 28,1o, not to drink alcohol, žowie (in Prague) to boycott the vending machine restaurants and not to buy newspapers. From the leaflet propaganda for the 28.1o. A printed flyer, which was distributed in the Czech university in Prague and ends with the words: "Our motto is on 28 October:Germans out!"
