The declarations on German-Czech cooperation are not to be estimated as a camouflage to cover up another illegal activity, since one undertakes the certainly heavy effort to bring the former Bolshevik circles closer to German-friendly national socialism. 2.) The fact of the existence of a well-grounded opposition to the ČNS community, which is given by the "National Socialist Czech Workers' and Peasants' Party", lies entirely in the interests of German interests in the Protectorate. In particular, in the rural areas covered by Mlčoch, this opposition work against the former agrarians and clerics ruling in the ČNS is extremely valuable concerns can be raised against the "National Socialist Czech Workers' and Bguern Party" in the following areas: 1.) The past of F.N. Mlčoch is certainly capable of raising doubts about the seriousness of his present political attitude z Zgseen. There he became acquainted with the discrepancy between ideological and practically applied Bolshevism as a high official of the civil administration.
