Dear Mr. Longin! - Sign of St.S.385a/203/41 regarding the memorial of the unknown soldier, I inform you that in the meantime the sites of the memorial and tomb have been transferred to the former state. The removal of the pylons and the marble slabs in front of the memorial was completed on the 3rd of Mts. The casket placed in the council house chapel was cut and the three zinc sheet coffins in it opened. The skeleton, including the earth deposited in the last coffin and in the altar by Verdun, was transferred from the west to the secret state police. This prevents any abuse of the skeleton and the earth for national cult formation.
