English Translation
Stl - to take up and use itself politically separately, i.e. to exploit the danger of the political self-power of Czechism; it will therefore also today have to be recognized as one of the greatest dangers that Czechism will attempt to achieve an independent equality, ie. to take over the tangible basic ideas that move and shape our time, and make it an independent exploitation within their closed existence. We remember how strongly the Czechs are religious and philosophical. Ideas in the past, e.g. the reform.torical and liberal ideas, are always linked to the Czech national feeling and thus these ideas of time in their lasting effect are substantially related to political strengthening. In all circumstances, therefore, it is necessary to prevent the independent exploitation of our ideas of time from taking place within the Czech Republic; rather, this arrangement and reorganization must be taken visibly and sustainably into German hands (which means that in the long term also a negative attitude towards fascist and similar organizations ikhchetum). However, the measures taken to reduce and reduce domestic non-plumping of the Czech political leadership must be handled cautiously. All political leaders must be reminded repeatedly that they must not openly attack the Czech life of their own by their actions, as long as there is still a closed political resistance in the whole of Czechism. This loosening up of the political society of the Czech people must rather be tackled in a cautious but systematic and continuous way, otherwise there will be such a strong political hardening in the Czech nation that a unity that cannot be eliminated in generations and the feeling of fateful defence of indefensible nature will arise.
