When re-ordering, the Mlčoch movement now called for the position of mayor, relying on its numerical strength. Although it seemed desirable for me to have a Mlčoch party's involvement in the city shops in Kojetein on the basis of my previous experience, I had reservations about helping a representative of this movement to replace the mayor in such a controversial place. I have therefore raised no objections to the citizen's representative of the city of Kojetein, proposed by the Prerau district authority, but at the same time to the head of the district to ensure that the Mlčoch movement participates in the business of the town of Kojetein by including two members in the common representation. In the following negotiations, the district governor in Prerau and the Mlčoch movement declared themselves ready to make four seats available to the Mllčoch Movement within the Kojetein City Council. However, Mlçoch refused to participate in his movement in this form. He justified this by not being a representative of a democratic organization. After the office of mayor in Kojetein had already been awarded, he had to either receive the vice mayor's office and four councillors in the city council for his movement, or refuse to participate in the administration of Kojet ein.
