EX 2 noted that the emerging sudeten German front must be in a living connection with the all-German eastern front if it wants to avoid the danger of narrowing. Emotionally, Prague is rejected by most Sudeten Germans as the center of Sudet Germanism. Prague is to them the foreign city, the city with the purely Czech inscriptions, the town of German hatred. But it is also to them a city of the hated centralist system that brought them so much harm. Prague is the epitome of the rulers of the Czech bureaucracy. But Prague also shows a different side: than that old German cultural site, which attracts the Sudeten Germans time and again. But the city of Prague also harbours its dangers for the SuDeten Germans: that of alienation and uprooting. The Prague nightclubs are visited for the most part by Germans. The city center has at night predominantly German imprint. These appearances give to think.Does the rising in the mundane world solve any folk bond. Due to the break-up of the connections to the homeland there is also the danger of "praying" .For these reasons too, Prague is rejected as the center of popular Sudeten Germans. To all these reasons comes one more essential, perhaps the most essential of all reasons, which speak against Prague as the centre of attention : the spiritual attitude of the today-determining part of the Prague Dectum, to which the majority of the sudeten German public stands in contrast. On this fact the objective observer cannot pass. The purely emotional resistance of the Sudeten Germans against Prague, as the center of the sudeten Germanism, are in reality increasingly displaced by an increasing factual attitude. The Sudete Germans move one headquarters after another to Prague. Almost all the southern German central economic and political, but also some cultural nature, are already in Prague. Sudeten Germanism cannot be permanently closed to the fact that Prague is the centre of transport, the press, the economy, the politics and the focal point of the connection with the German neighbouring states and with the foreign countries. All the spiritual currents of the Sudeten Germans, which are usually always bound to a certain landscape and whose narrowness is difficult to overcome, meet on Prague soil, therefore the other landscapes cannot fertilize in the mass as it would be desirable. The dangers of alienation and uprooting exist for the Prague Germanism. But they can be overcome: first by organic summary of the Prague Germanism under a different spiritual basic attitude on a social basis and by closer connection with the homeland. The connection possibilities to the homeland are due to the means of strengthening actions of the Czech minorities in the Sudeten German territory by the Prague Czechism , which are also available to the Prague Germans ( sport and excursion trains ) , quite large . It will also be a matter of directing the current of the Prague German refugees and summer freshmen, who pour themselves uninhibited into the Czech area around Prague, to the nearby, hard-pressed German language borders.
